My Cricut Craft Room - My Imagine-ation Monday

Happy Monday!
I hope everyone had a great weekend.
I spent most of mine in my craft room so it was a very fun weekend for me. :)

Today is My Cricut Craft Rooms My Imagine-ation Monday.  I just love my Imagine...today I used Hello Kitty Greetings and Better Together Imagine Cartridge.
One of my favorite features on the Imagine is flood filling images from other cartridges with an Imagine pattern.  This is what I've done for today's card.

Cricut Cuts:
I used the Card Feature Button on Hello Kitty Greetings, Button 9, cut at 5.0 Rel.
This image was flood filled with the pattern from Better Together, page 36.
Feture Button Clothes Layer's, Button 9, cut at 5.0 Rel.
Flood filled with the light yellow that comes with the Better Together Color Palette.
Feature Button Sillohette, Button 9, cut at 5.0 Rel.
Flood filled with the darker yellow that comes with the Better Together Color Palette.

To finish up my card I used pop dots to pop the sun's face and added googley eyes.
I also attached Lemon Divine Twine
and of course some Stickles (don't remember which ones exactly)

Here is the inside of my card.
The seintiment is from Pink By Design's Take the Cake.
It says "Hope your day is filled with sunshine & smiles."
The stamped border is from My Creative Time.
Now isn't that just perfect? :)

My Cricut Craft Room - Card Creating Tuesday

First off I want to wish Erica at My Cricut Craft Room a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
This card was made for our fabulous leader's Birthday.

I used three different Cricut Cartridges to create this card:
Create A Critter, Elegant Edges, and Something to Celebrate

Cricut Cuts:
Create A Critter: <Shift> Button 13 (Layers 1 - 3) cut at 2.0
Elegant Edges: Oblong Frame Feature - Button 22, cut at 4 x 5.25
Something to Celebrate: <Shift> Button 20, cut at 1.59 (this was cut 3 times for the banner)

To "hang" the banner I used Twine and Mini White Brads.
Cuttlebug folder Swiss Dots was used for the frosting on the cupcake.
To finish the cute cupcake I used Stickles (Pink Glam & Lime).
My Sentiment is from Pink By Design - Take the Cake.

I hope Erica loves her Birthday card and has a fabulous day celebrating her special day!

My Cricut Craft Room - Theme Day Thursday

Today's Theme at My Cricut Craft Room is Pink...isn't that fun!  I've always been a pink girl...I love the color pink and was so excited to create for this theme. :)

For my card today I created an A2 size card using Just Because Cards and Hello Kitty Greetings.
The base of my card is from Just Because Cards button 23 on the overlay cut at 8.5 x 5.5.
and <Shift> and the same button, cut at 5.5.  This cut is for the scalloped border.
Hello Kitty with all of her layers is from button 12 on the overlay cut at 4.25.

To finish off my card I added my Sentiment which is from Pink By Design's Take the Cake stamp set.
Stickles - Glam Pink
Liquid Pearls
Twine - Pink

Here is the inside of the card...this cut is also from Hello Kitty Greetings.
Button 11 with the <Shift> layer, cut at 1.5.

I just love how this card turned out. :)
Hope you enjoyed.

Thank you so much for joining us today,
for this month I made two A2 (5.5 x 4.25) sized cards using three cartridges:
Simply Charmed, Phrases, and Imagine More Cards

My first card is using Simply Charmed and Phrases.
The background that has the sentiment on it can be found on Phrases using the Tag Feature.
It is button 2 on the overlay, cut at 3"
The Sentiment is also on Phrases, button 26, cut at 2.9 using my Gypsy (this has four cuts)
the main image, <Shift> the same image, Layer/Shadow Feature, <Shift> Layer Shadow Feature.
The cute little mushrooms can be found on Simply Charmed.
<Shift> Button 10 + layers 1 - 4 and the shadow feature.
I love how bright and cheerful this card turned out. :)

For my next card I used two pieces of 8.5 x 11 pieces of White paper and my Cricut Imagine.
I love that I can take two pieces of whit paper and end up with this sweet card!

The cartridge used was Imagine More Cards.
First I went to the stock images that come with the Imagine and selected the 3:5 rectangle cut at 6.0 and flood filled that image with a pattern on page 41.
This actually cuts at 6.5 x 10.5, but I cut it down to the 8.5 x 5.5
and fold it in half to create my 4.25 x 5.5 card base.
I added the border to the base of the card. This can be found on page 30 and cut at 1.3
The You Take the Cake Images can be found on page 9 and is cut at 2.8 rel.
I layerd this so I could use some pop dots to add some dimension.

I also cut the Happy Birhday border that can also be found on page 30, cut at 1.6.
This border went on the inside of the card as shown below.
I love how everything coordinates so easily.

To finish off the card I added some Liquid Pearls for sprinkles on the cupcake and also as extra accents on the border.
Easy Peasy!

Below is the entire line up in case you get lost along the way.
